Productivity Notepad | A4 Meal Planner - Neutral

This listing is for an A4 notepad in the 'Neutral' colourway, which is perfect for keeping you on track with your meal planning. This notepad is designed to make your life easier, save you money and help you to feel more in control of your meal planning and food wastage.

The pad is split into 4 main sections - Stock Check, Money Savers, Meal Ideas Bank and Meal Planner.

Stock Check gives you space to go through your fridge, freezer and cupboards, and note down everything that you've already got in your home. This is perfect for people who struggle with object permanence and helps you to use what you have instead of buying multiple of the same product. 

Money Savers is where you go through your stock check and jot down meal ideas you could make using everything that you have, without buying anything more than replacing 'essentials' like spices, milk etc that you would normally have in the home. If you need to top up on any essentials, there is a little space here for you to make a note of them!

The Meal Ideas Bank is a place where you can note down any recipe that you might want to make over the next week, categorised into theme nights (think 'Meatless Monday', 'Taco Tuesday' etc!), Batch Cooking, Slow Cooker and Quick & Easy.

Finally you will move on to your Meal Planner! Pick some 'Money Saver' recipes and your favourite recipes from your Meal Ideas Bank and start to fill in your weekly planner. Make sure you save up your Quick and Easy meals or your Batch Cooking meals for nights where you don't have a lot of time to cook! 

Each pad has 50 sheets printed on 120gsm smooth paper, with a design that was hand drawn and lettered by Rymermade © They come with a thick board backing and are glued along the long edge so they can be easily torn away.
