This sticker is to be used to keep track of the day that you opened a food product, so that you can keep track of its expiry and reduce food wastage. Although dates listed on foods are often arbitrary, for lots of people with ADHD, autism, OCD, emetephobia and more, food does not feel safe when it has been open for too long. This sticker helps you make a quick note of when you opened the product that it is stuck to, so that you don't have to throw away any 'just incase' foods and you can make sure your food keeps feeling safe for you!
Each sticker is a 7 petalled flower shape, and each petal has a number from 1 to 7, which corresponds to the day of the week. Circle the day that you opened something (for example, I'm using mine to track my big pot of yoghurt!) and if you like, there is a space where you can write the date in the middle of the flower too. These are available in pink, purple, yellow, blue or green.
All of my stickers have been completely hand drawn and hand lettered by Rymermade and you cannot buy these kits or this art anywhere else. Each sticker is 2.1cm x 2.1cm and each sheet is 8.3cm x 10.3cm
