Moving Rymermade in to 2025

Moving Rymermade in to 2025

Okay, so I wasn't the best at keeping up with this blog....

Welcome back, and happy 2025! It's been a weird start to the year for me - in the first week alone I lost my main freelance role and my dog was repeatedly v poorly, which resulted in some trips to the vet. She's doing much better now, which I am so thankful for, and I am starting to come out of my 'surivival mode' haze that I've been in for all of the year so far.

At first I was completely freaked out about the change that I would see in my budget, but I am trying to look on the bright side and think of all of the time I'm now going to have to dedicate to my shop. I spend the last month of the year planning out all kinds of dreams and goals, and its only now that I have a bit more time coming up that I see I probably wasn't ever going to archive them.

What can you expect to see from Rymermade this year?

I've just released my very first kindle insert, and its actually a really fun one because its one that you can colour in yourself - my love of books and creativity are very much colliding there! For my first large release I'm going to be bringing out a colouring book, so I thought this was a great way to introduce colouring to the brand.

My second release will be a 2026 calendar, that will be released right in time for Christmas in July. This will be a pre-order item, and the colouring theme will be very much continued as you will be able to colour in a picture each month.

For my third big release, I am going to be doing Rymermade's very first advent - and it isn't what you're thinking! Keep your eyes peeled for more information.

And then my release at the end of the year is something I've been working on for about two years now. I'll tell you its a recipe book, but it isn't actually a recipe book - everything will make sense in due course...

I also want to share that I've started a YouTube channel! My first video goes live on 17th January, and the following week I am going to be launching my Patreon. I'll share details really soon, but I'm very proud and excited about what I have come up with so far.

Finally, here's something I haven't shared with anybody, not even in my 'real life' outside of the shop: I bought an embroidery machine back in November. EEK! It's going to be a a huge learning curve and to be honest I haven't even had time to unbox it until this week, so I can't promise anything will be released any time soon. But if I can master that, I've got lots and lots of great plans!
